BLOOM Grant Program Now Open Across York County

The BLOOM Business Empowerment Center is pleased to announce the 2026 York County BLOOM Grant Program is accepting applications starting today, Monday, July 20 through Friday, August 14. This program will award grants up to $1,500 to established small businesses operating and generating revenue in the County of York, PA for a project that will enhance productivity & operations, expand product or service offerings, or otherwise grow to the next level.
